Edwards continues to invest in our apprentices and in retaining and building our technical capabilities

Edwards has run a successful apprenticeship scheme and are always looking for enthusiastic your apprentices to join the scheme. We are pleased to report that we had two new joiners over the summer and that Kieran Duff and Aidan Frampton completed their apprenticeship this summer.

We would also like to welcome Paul Malecki who joined us as Buyer at the beginning of September. Eric Little, a new workshop supervisor, joined us on 10th September and Margaret Morgan has just joined as Finance Manager.

Russell Haggart and Kevin Anderson also recently completed Compex courses to expand our skills and knowledge or working in ATEX environments.

Russell completed a 5 day course to achieve a Certificate of Competence in the installation of explosion proof and intrinsically safe equipment in ATEX rated environments.

Kevin completed a 1 day course to achieve a management certification for understanding of the concepts of ATEX installs including area classification, electrical installations, inspection and maintenance and principles of ignition risks.
